CSC Pro is a Windows desktop application for Common Service Centre operators in India. It assists operators with government form preparation, document handling, and farmer intake for schemes such as PMFBY crop insurance. Operators buy prepaid service credits in Indian Rupees and spend them per completed service.
Access to the application requires an authorized operator account. Public pages do not expose the application's internal workflows, logic, or implementation.
Products and Services Offered
Software services sold to CSC operators, charged in prepaid credits (1 credit = ₹1):
- PMFBY crop insurance enrolment assistance — prepares and submits a farmer's Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana application. 10 credits (₹10) per completed application.
- WhatsApp AI-assisted farmer intake — collects a farmer's details and documents over WhatsApp and files them as a case. 1 credit (₹1) per completed intake.
- Residence certificate application preparation — prepares and submits the MahaOnline residence certificate application. 10 credits (₹10) per completed application.
- Income certificate application preparation — prepares and submits the MahaOnline income certificate application. 10 credits (₹10) per completed application.
- Caste and senior-citizen certificate application preparation — prepares and submits the corresponding MahaOnline application. 10 credits (₹10) per completed application.
- Document reading and verification (OCR) — reads Aadhaar, land records, bank passbooks and similar documents and fills the form fields from them. 10 credits (₹10) per completed service.
All services are delivered electronically inside the application. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Operators pay by buying prepaid credits in Indian Rupees (minimum ₹100); credits are deducted only when a service completes. Full rates: Pricing.
