CSC Pro sells prepaid service credits for software. Nothing is shipped physically. There is no courier, no tracking number, and no delivery address.
1. वितरण पद्धत / वितरण विधि / Method of Delivery
CSC Pro is a Windows desktop application backed by a hosted service. All purchases are digital service credits added to the operator's CSC Pro wallet. Credits are delivered electronically to the operator account that made the payment. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. वितरण वेळ / वितरण समय / Delivery Timeline
- Online payment (payment gateway): credits are added automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes of successful payment.
- Manual UPI transfer with UTR: credits are added after the payment reference is verified, normally within one working day.
- Delivery may take longer if the payment gateway or the banking channel delays confirmation, or if the payment is held for a routine verification check.
3. वितरण पुष्टी / वितरण पुष्टि / Delivery Confirmation
Delivered credits appear in the CSC Pro wallet balance and in the wallet transaction ledger inside the application. The ledger entry is the record of delivery. No separate delivery receipt is issued.
4. क्रेडिट न मिळाल्यास / क्रेडिट न मिलने पर / If Credits Do Not Arrive
If a payment was completed but the wallet balance did not change, contact support with the payment date, amount, and the payment gateway transaction id or UTR. Confirmed payments that did not deliver credits are corrected. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for how such cases are reviewed.

5. सेवा क्षेत्र / सेवा क्षेत्र / Service Area
CSC Pro is offered to Common Service Centre operators in India. Because delivery is electronic, credits are available immediately in the operator account regardless of location. Charges are in Indian Rupees (INR).
6. लागू कायदा / लागू कानून / Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Latur District, Maharashtra.
