CSC Pro is sold as prepaid service credits. Operators buy credits in advance and each completed service deducts credits from the wallet balance. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Credits are deducted only when a service is completed successfully.

3. करा विषयी / कर के बारे में / Taxes
Amounts shown are the amounts charged. Any applicable taxes are included where required by law. Payment gateway charges, if any, are borne by Sonkawade Labs and are not added to the operator's payment.
4. काय समाविष्ट नाही / क्या शामिल नहीं है / What Is Not Included
- Government portal fees, premium amounts, and statutory charges are paid separately by or on behalf of the citizen or farmer, and are not part of CSC Pro pricing.
- The charges an operator collects from a walk-in citizen are set by the operator, not by Sonkawade Labs.
- Internet connectivity, hardware, and Windows licensing are the operator's responsibility.
5. देयक आणि परतावा / भुगतान और रिफंड / Payment and Refunds
Credits are purchased through an authorized payment gateway or by UPI transfer with a payment reference. Delivery of credits is electronic — see the Service Delivery Policy. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
